Bruce Springsteen and the A Street Band kicked off their first tour in six years with 28 songs at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday.
Opening with “No Surrender,” Springsteen and the band played a career-long set that combined many of the hits with material from their latest album, 2020. letter to you. Songs performed included “Prove It All Night,” “The Prom Land,” “Candy’s Room,” “The A Street Shuffle,” “Back the Night,” and “The Rising.” To close the evening, the A Street Band performed a seven-song set including “Born to Run,” “Rosalita,” “Dancing in the Dark” and “Tenth Avenue Freeze Out,” before the band gave way to Springsteen. show off. Springsteen and the A Street Band will tour the US through mid-April before heading overseas for shows in the UK and Europe. Tickets are available through Stubhub.
